Jason is the best to workout with!

Jason creates challenging but fun workouts. The great thing is every 2 weeks new exercises!! Flexibility and mobility is the key to better days. Enjoy the process.

Jason at Synergy has been so good for me! I am more flexible, stronger, and feel healthier with each workout. His experience becomes apparent when you have limitations and need correction in the exercises that are being performed. Always a positive attitude and keeps me motivated.

I personally love my experience at Synergy Fitness. The atmosphere is extremely positive and Coach Jason doesn't come off as a drill Sargent. You have to come and experience this training for yourself..

Just finished the kickboxing challenge with Jaime. phenomenal. Great workouts, proper form taught, increased intensity when needed, mental as well as physical challenge. Learned punches, kicks, blocks, self-defense and combinations. professional and friendly, cannot recommend it anything but the best!
