Dr. Berenstein is the best chiropractor! He is super knowledgeable, experienced, professional, and friendly. The communication was excellent. I'd seen a few chiropractors before Dr. Berenstein, and he was the only one who could resolve my neck issue. He used a combination of advanced technology, clinical massage, and manual therapy. He also recommended some exercises that I should regularly do to prevent the issue from re-arising. I really appreciate all of his help, and I couldn't recommend him more.P.S.: He also keeps a great blog.

A detailed discussion on my various concerns led to a planned intervention and exercise routine. Already feeling a little better of my first session. However got to get my exercises in at a steady pace and include apart from stretches some weights as well.

Went to him for a knee problem a few weeks ago. He moved it this way and that way, massaged it which resolved the pain, and showed me a few stretches. Feels great now. That's what I like about Dr. Berenstein, he figures out what muscle or joint or whatever is the problem, shows you some things to do about it, and as long as you do those things, the problem usually goes away.

I have been seeing Michael for over 10 years for all chiropractic needs. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and beyond. He is careful and attentive to my needs and he is not the typical “in and out cracker”. I have recommended him to many and no one is ever disappointed! His office space is great too.
