Huge props to Forest Pest control. I was having a bit of a roach issue in my house and it was driving me crazy. They managed to get out super quick to assess the situation, present a way forward, and now one month later I’ve seen a massive decrease in bug activity. The communicated everything along the way, explained how the process and product work, and then came out multiple times to check up on how it all was working. Highly recommend this team!!

They were so apologetic for missing my call, and that initial customer service immediately set the bar high.I spoke with Rodney, who was incredibly helpful and informative. He even gave us honest advice on what to watch out for when shopping around for pest control companies—that level of transparency and genuine care sold us right away! We called early Saturday morning, and they managed to send a technician out just three hours later.When our technician, Daniel, arrived, he was just as amazing. He was super friendly, extremely thorough, and inspected every crack, crevice, and behind all of our appliances. He even went above and beyond by checking the attic and removing outlet covers to treat inside the walls. Best of all, our dogs absolutely loved him—and dogs are the ultimate judge of character!On top of all this top-tier service, their prices are affordable and their service packages are fantastic. GREAT COMPANY! I personally love that they are a small, family-owned business. Large corporations forget why they started their business in the first place, and you only become a number in their revolving door. Forest Pest Control is not that! I just bought my home and was shopping for pest control and kept coming back to Forest. I love that they are family owned but I love even more their products and service. They use plant-based products that will not be harmful to you or your precious fur babies. Having the most natural products is extremely important to me. Forest Pest Control is the place!!! They are competitively priced and provide an over and beyond service. Just the nicest people and if you choose them, you're stupid if you don't, you will meet Josh. He is so polite and professional and keeps it real. There are no cutting corners, no BS talk, or tip toeing around a situation. He tells it like it is which is refreshing. Genuinely impressed with Forest Pest control! They have been significantly more thorough than any other pest control service we've used. They were very friendly, reasonably priced, and spent a good hour+ here the on the first visit, thoroughly treating inside and outside, including the attic. They removed wasp nests and even sprayed our second story eaves to remove spider webs - way more above and beyond what the other 2 previous pest control services we hired did. I would highly recommend!

We were starting to see the Mud Dauber wasp nests around our property and hearing them in the eaves of our home. Did a quick Google search for a Local Family owned Pest control company to take of this issue. We were BLESSED to find Forest Pest Control and they got us on their schedule immediately.Josh arrived ON TIME for our appointment. He took the time to listen to our issue, suggest a plan and describe the work at length. We had a concern with rodents and sought out 3 pest control companies. Listening and learning from each one, Josh, I felt, was the most knowledgeable and basically offered the same fix as the other two, but offered even more security for our crawl space and lanai! Funny thing he was less than the others. The kicker was, he was friendly and understanding. The others seemed as though they would secure the crawl space, but you heard it in their voice and mannerisms that they did not want to do it.

Forest Pest has been a delight. We initially called around about a wasp issue we had a while ago and many places were shifty about their pricing. Called Forest, they gave me options including a service plan cost and a next day removal. We've been under their care since then and they stop by regularly and quietly to manage the ants, wasps, and other insects. We had a small ant breakthrough yesterday, called Forest and today they go a tech over and cleared up the issue, and said he would check back on us in a couple weeks to make sure things cleared up. It's nice being ant-free. Thanks to the Forest staff, and just because my wife said he was so friendly (they all have been but this is recent), special thanks to Daniel for your friendly and fast service, sir!

Really appreciate how prompt there service was. Called on a Friday and they were out by Saturday morning very accommodating. We had a nest of ants and seasonal bugs that flooded our outside sitting area and they were able to contain what was going on and even followed up to make sure that it was under control.
