Such a wonderful experience at New Beauty Medical Aesthetics! My children gave me a gift card for laser hair removal for Mother’s Day, so my daughter and I decided to go together. Shelly performed my laser hair removal, while Allya treated my daughter with a facial. What really impressed us was the personalized care we both received. They created a customized Acne Repair package specifically for my daughter that included 3 Procell Microchanneling & 3 customized acne facials. Allya took the time to develop a morning and evening skincare routine, writing out detailed instructions so my daughter knew exactly what to do at home and what products to use. The care didn’t stop when we left. About a week later, Allya even texted my daughter to check on how her new skincare routine was going and to see how her skin was responding. That level of follow-up and genuine care is something very rare these days. Both Shelly and Allya went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for. Their professionalism, knowledge, and personal attention exceeded our expectations.
