My house is more thsn 100 years old and needed extensive repairs The plaster walls were repaired and painted in 3 bed rooms and extensive water damage was repaired in the bathroom. Paint was stripped from old tile that had previously been painted The sump pump in the basement was leaking and replaced. The exterior of the house was power washed and painted The basement was repaired and water proofed.
