I just want to start off by saying we have been with Teledata Services for about 2 years now since we’ve moved office locations and I have nothing but great things to say. Rick is my go-to contact guy whenever I have an issue or a question and let me tell you!.. He is right on top of it and figures out the issue right away. I have had no positive experiences with Teledata. My biggest regret is signing with them in the first place. I have found them unhelpful, unknowlegable, apathetic and ineffective. Just yesterday I spoke to someone of the great joy I will experience when my contract with them will expire. It will feel like being paroled after a long prison sentence. Zero stars, no recommendation. I heartily discourage anyone from dealing with Teledata.
