I recently joined this gym and I love it. The small class sizes make a big difference, allowing for a really personalised approach and plenty of individual attention.Big variety of sessions. Trainers are very friendly, approachable, and helping everyone improve. Also appreciate the flexible class timings, which make it easy to fit sessions into daily schedule. Highly recommend

Evolve has completely changed my relationship with fitness and health! Before Evolve I felt stuck, unmotivated and intimidated by gyms. The team at Evolve are supportive, friendly and have totally debunked my anxieties about gyms and now I'm excited to train (which is a huge turn around for me.) My confidence has grown out of sight since starting with Evolve and the community of members is one you want to be a part of.

I have had such an amazing experience at this gym. The team truly goes above and beyond; they remember every member by name, pay attention to the smallest details, and always correct your form in a supportive way.What I appreciate the most is how they take injuries seriously. They adapt every exercise to my needs, make sure I’m training safely, and still push me to progress without risking anything.

Had a great intro session by J J in a 6-1 PT. This was a great format because you get the attention of a PT with a fun vibe. Would recommend!

If I'd known how much I was going to love Evolve I would have joined way sooner! Having never been part of a gym and not knowing how to train in the gym I was a bit apprehensive upon starting, but the whole team at Evolve are SO lovely, welcoming, genuine and polite. This place really does exude community feel, not to mention all the social events they put effort into organising.I have just completed my 6 week trial filled with amazing small group PT classes and larger cardio/strength classes, along with nutritional coaching from Ash. Each instructor is great at understanding your capabilities, encouraging you to push yourself and reach new goals all whilst fine tuning technique. I am feeling great, so strong and have a spring in my step!The set up they have is great, squeaky clean and all the amenities you need, bonus Labrador cuddles not advertised!Couldn't recommend it more, I have now signed up to my full time membership which says it all. Huge thanks to Ash, JJ, Dayle, Jack and Jess :)

Nice and lively atmosphere, friendly staff, love it

Evolve 353 has really helped me prepare for my first London Marathon. After completing the 6 week trial, I joined and am now there every morning. The personal trainers are all excellent, caring and dedicated to helping everyone achieve their fitness goals. Within a couple of months, I am running faster, efficiently and with less injury. I am also getting stronger which is an amazing feeling !Huge thanks to the Evolve team (Ash, Dayle, Jack and JJ) for helping me on this journey.
