Consistency has lead to my biggest success , but there is no way i could have done it alone. After years and years of being ‘into fitness’ i realised i was never doing anything consistently enough. Evolve reshaped my mind and seriously changed my body, helping me to understand that strength training is the foundation to overall body health. I am stronger than I’ve ever been and it is a pleasure to turn up each day. Well done team you have created a welcoming community where goals are achieved and targets smashed on a daily.

I recently joined this gym and I love it. The small class sizes make a big difference, allowing for a really personalised approach and plenty of individual attention.Big variety of sessions. Trainers are very friendly, approachable, and helping everyone improve. Also appreciate the flexible class timings, which make it easy to fit sessions into daily schedule. Highly recommend

Evolve has completely changed my relationship with fitness and health! Before Evolve I felt stuck, unmotivated and intimidated by gyms. The team at Evolve are supportive, friendly and have totally debunked my anxieties about gyms and now I'm excited to train (which is a huge turn around for me.) My confidence has grown out of sight since starting with Evolve and the community of members is one you want to be a part of.

I have had such an amazing experience at this gym. The team truly goes above and beyond; they remember every member by name, pay attention to the smallest details, and always correct your form in a supportive way.What I appreciate the most is how they take injuries seriously. They adapt every exercise to my needs, make sure I’m training safely, and still push me to progress without risking anything.

Had a great intro session by J J in a 6-1 PT. This was a great format because you get the attention of a PT with a fun vibe. Would recommend!
