I recently needed a last minute shirt for a wedding, and by no fault other than my own, waited to nearly the last moment. I placed an online order and after I checked out, it was estimated to arrive 1 day after the wedding. I emailed the store ( knowing full well that this was my own fault ). I got a quick email back from Jared stating that he would check what he could do in the morning. Jared was able to get the shirt out to me a little earlier and I was able to wear it to the wedding. It fit amazing. Good quality. Lots of compliments. Its is hard to find people and companies looking to go the extra mile. Noted, appreciated, and I have already ordered more shirts. Give these guys a try, you will not be disappointed!

I bought my wedding suit here and would absolutely recommend it. Customer service is top notch, Savannah went out of her way to make sure I found the exact dress shirt I needed to go with my suit and was extremely helpful and kind. I never felt rushed and overall had an 11/10 experience.

I cant express how thankful I am to Kater shop for helping me in purchasing a suit. I had bought 2 suits that in the end I was not too personally happy with the purchase. When it comes to big purchases I can be picky. I emailed them through their website and Jared kindly replied and said he would do his best to help me in my situation. Once arrived Jared kindly greeted my wife and I and he was nothing but professional and super helpful. I was able to return the suits and Jared helped me purchase another suit that I definitely felt extremely happy with. I could not have had a better experience. Thank you!
