Tom went above and beyond to make sure our plumbing was working correctly. He stayed until the job got done. When one thing failed, he would find another route and explain every step of the way. Very knowledgeable and professional. Adrian came by when I had another problem that needed sorting out and he very easily took care of the issue. He was also very knowledgeable and hard working.
