These guys turned my nightmare into a walk in the park!! Bought a car in Auckland and was heading to Wellington when an oil pressure light popped up on my dash in Waiouru, we organised to get towed to Taihape Automotive. Once we arrived they diagnosed the issue and had it resolved the next day despite being stacked with jobs already!!. We made it back wellington safely without any issues thanks to Jack and the Team at Taihape automotive. Highly recommending!!! Very Knowledgeable staff and beyond AMAZING customer service!

We were towed to Jack’s workshop after a tire came off. He looked at the damage right away and got everything set in motion within just a few minutes.The next day, the team even drove out to the supplier to pick up the necessary parts. By 10 a.m. the following morning, our van was ready for pickup again.They immediately understood our difficult situation—and still managed to share plenty of laughs with us. Exactly the kind of help you hope for in a stressful moment!If we ever pass through Taihape again, we’ll definitely stop by for a coffee 😊

Had our ute go into limp mode 40km south. AA recommended these guys. Even though they were slammed and had two staff on leave and even though it was 3 days before new years, Jack still had a look for us. It turned out to be a major that needed a tow to Palmerston North but the level of knowledge and service that Jack and Mercedes gave us was beyond compare.The hours that we spent with them and the effort that was put in changed what could have been a terrible trip home for our two young kids and dog into a fun morning for the family. I cannot recommend them enough.I will be sigging their praises to everyone I meet. Thank you again for all that you did.

Literally the best most caring people. Our truck broke down and these guys went out of their way to look after us and give the best service. Could not recommend more highly. If I could give a higher rating these guys would deserve it. Customers for life.

What an awesome team. My son broke down in Taihape two days before Christmas, they resolved the issue and got him back on the road again. While I only spoke to them on the phone they were really helpful and I will definitely pop in to say thanks when I'm driving through next time
