Had our ute go into limp mode 40km south. AA recommended these guys. Even though they were slammed and had two staff on leave and even though it was 3 days before new years, Jack still had a look for us. It turned out to be a major that needed a tow to Palmerston North but the level of knowledge and service that Jack and Mercedes gave us was beyond compare.The hours that we spent with them and the effort that was put in changed what could have been a terrible trip home for our two young kids and dog into a fun morning for the family. I cannot recommend them enough.I will be sigging their praises to everyone I meet. Thank you again for all that you did.

What an awesome team. My son broke down in Taihape two days before Christmas, they resolved the issue and got him back on the road again. While I only spoke to them on the phone they were really helpful and I will definitely pop in to say thanks when I'm driving through next time

Wow what amazing people at taihape Automotive limited .We broke down in taihape large vehicle even larger trailer. Rung around a few mechanics to start with only one guy seemed interested in helping us . Jack was so helpful , we lost our turbo in our pajero and with in a few minutes of finishing off another car he came to our rescue, gave us a courtesy car as we needed to get a part ASAP to get on our way . He stayed over time for 2.5 hours after closing doing an amazing job on our car ..we had some great chats and a laugh and felt very valued as a customer . I highly recommend this business .if you ever brake down in Taihape or just need a wof or just some advice , great attention to detail. Thank you so much .

We lost an air-conditioning belt which slightly damaged the adjacent alternator belt while heading to Wellington. Although we arrived unannounced, Jack was kind enough to make the time to check the belt and although he didn’t have a replacement for it on hand (a rare one) he reassured us that it appeared in good enough condition to reach our destination, which we did. Awesome bloke. Many thanks Jack.
