Absolutely fantastic! FBEC took care of everything for us. We ask for a complete top to bottom pressure wash from the driveway to the back fence. Even though it’s a two-story and vinyl fence, he got everything perfect. Driveway, pavers, back patio, fence….and everything looked great. They really took their time and made sure the details (corners and edges) were cleaned. Prior to wrapping everything up, they ensured we walked the entire property to make sure nothing was missed. Very professional. Recommend these guys. Prices were reasonable and no sticker shock. One of the few times didn’t have “buyers remorse” after hiring someone to do a big job like this. I contracted with Fernandina Beach Exterior Cleaning for a full, top-to-bottom exterior cleaning inlcuding roof, gutter guards, siding, brick front, windows and screens, driveway and sidewalks. My house was moderately grubby, with some mold in places, dirty windows and screens, and streaks of dirt and/or algea on the back side of the roof. Austin did thorough and conscientious work throughout the whole project. I wish I had taken some "before" photos because now it looks like a brand new house. Windows are streak-free and mirror-like, all the screens look like brand new, the siding looks like it just got a brand new paint job, and the roof looks like it was just put on.
