I had my hummer h2 transmission rebuilt here . This place is extremely knowledgeable with very good prices and fast service. I am so happy to have had my vehicle repaired here that if I m9ve out of the area I will still use his service. I have worked in the automobile industry for forty years , both twisting wrenches and teaching for lausd. I highly recommend this place and give it 5 stars

I recently had the Transmission on my 2107 GMC Yukon fail at 112,000 miles. The clutch in the torque convertor failed, sending metal debris everywhere. Apparently all the 4L60 transmissions will have a torque converter failure eventually.Prior to this the trans had a plastic check ball seize in the Valve Body separator plate at 80K miles, resulting in no Drive, but reverse. An easier fix.Ivan, Adan and Martin rebuilt my trans in 5 days at a very reasonable price.  They are highly experienced with this transmission.  The torque converter was rebuilt locally, the oil cooler thermostat was bypassed with a TransGo kit.   The valve body was updated with sealing plugs and the pump was updated with a new pressure control valve.Car runs better than ever, trans oil is now 150F instead of 205F.  Shifts like a dream, no lurch off the line, smooth downshifts, etc.Bottom line, I highly recommend this shop.  This crew is expert, and very easy to deal with, a super reasonable price.

Shop is not visible from the street, being in a mixed use business complex, but there's plenty of parking and the office is temperature controlled and decent. After receiving a crazy quote for tranny work from another shop, alternatively I decided to take my truck to this shop, and boy was I pleased.From the get go Ivan was super helpful by being informative and honest.My truck had multiple issues besides the tranny but Ivan decided to do the tranny work and more. On his own accord, he fixed the other electrical issues without charging me extra. And when I was stuck in traffic for hours he was more than flexible to wait for me afterhours.Seems like a family business and all the staff I spoke with were super friendly and professional.I've already recommended this shop to friends and family, and I'm sure they won't be disappointed.I wish there were more auto shops with this level of ethical standards and professionalism. Too bad he only specializes in transmissions, or I would take him all my family cars/trucks.I wish this business nothing but the best, growth and prolonged good fortune.

Very knowledgeable and very very honest did an amazing job ob my wife's honda mini van, we where told by another mechanic it needed a transmission rebuilt, we went here and he had the best price for the rebuild but in the long run Ivan did his job and found out it just was low on transmission fluid and he did a flush and added fluids job done vehicle runs better thank you for being honest and knowledgeable.
