5 WEEK UPDATE**I’ve officially made it to Week 5 and the results are speaking for themselves!! I feel AMAZING! My posture is much better, my strength is up, and I’m already noticing a slimmer waistline. Even my co-workers have started to notice! Cheers to hitting summer body goals and to long-term health!This by far has been one of the best investments I’ve made in myself for 2026! In just 5 weeks, Sergeant Fitness has helped me push past limits I hadn’t reached in a very long time- Physically, Mentally, and Strength.It’s been super easy and fun working with Chris! He’s fully committed to each and every person he trains. My routine includes cardio, strength training, abs, and some good kickboxing/self defense! Not to mention - you also receive lots of affirmations and motivational messages that help keep you going!Don’t walk- RUN! JOIN THE GYM 💪🏽 🔥
