Knowledgeable staff. They did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it, for the price that they said it would be… Excellent experience!

Absolutely amazing customer service, from start to finish, to drop off times to pickup date, to slightly possibly over filled dumpster! Monarch rocks!!! And yes I called their customer service department after accidentally over filling my dumpster and they walked me through how to make it fit within their guidelines.

Ok, never rented a dumpster before and went mainly on reviews. These guys really are worth the five stars! Easy set up and payment. On time delivery of a very clean dumpster. Perfectly placed as well. Recommended them to the neighbor, who is moving, with no hesitation. Hassle-free, friendly and professional. Don't know how they could improve. Will absolutely rent from them again.
