Pristine dry cleaning did some repairs and cleaning for me. They did an amazing job even though it was a difficult repair of a ripped t-shirt they made the repair look almost invisible. The cleaning was also top notch. And the staff is super friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!

Pristine Dry Cleaners was an absolute disaster to deal with.I told them up front that I was only in Naples for two weeks and needed a dependable turnaround. I dropped my clothes off on Thursday of the first week and was told they’d be ready by Tuesday. That did not happen.What makes this even worse is that I gave them what seemed like a very reasonable amount of time. Five days for dry cleaning did not seem excessive at all, and even if they needed another five days, they still could have completed it before my flight if they had simply been honest from the beginning. That was the problem: no honesty, no clear communication, and no accountability.I followed up multiple times in person and by phone and made it very clear that I needed everything before my flight the following Sunday. Instead of just telling me whether they could actually do it or not, they kept giving vague answers, delays, and excuses about needing to talk to a manager.By the Friday before I left, they still had not completed the order, despite originally saying it would be done in just a few days. At that point, because they caused the situation, I told them they would need to ship it to me.Now it has been over a month, and they still have not resolved it. Staff pushed me off to the owner, Gigi, saying she would follow up. She never did.Want a promised completion date? Don’t count on it.Want a straight answer? Don’t count on that either.Want the owner to follow through when staff says she’ll contact you? Not a chance.This business does not do what it says it will do. If they couldn’t handle the turnaround, they could have simply said so. Instead, they wasted my time, kept my clothing, and then failed to clean up the mess they created.Avoid this place.It’s not hard: either do what you say you’re going to do, or be honest enough to say you can’t.

First time I have ever been to this dry cleaner. Very professional, organized, clean. People were friendly and courteous. My clothes were on very nice hangers and presented well. I was texted twice that my clothes were ready. They look great. Can’t ask for more
