Recently got my air ducts and furnace cleaned by AirCare Systems B.C. I never got it done before so didn't really know what to expect? Wow what an experience. Stephan got to my place, right on time, introduced himself, said Hi to my dog and went to work. Its like he's been here before. Stephan exuded this confidence and know how right away. I kind of followed him around and he showed me exactly what he was doing. You could tell he cared! He was quick and thorough and didn't stop until he was satisfied. I recently had my house air ducts cleaned, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Stefon was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire job. He took the time to explain the process and made sure everything was completed to a very high standard.Dylan was also fantastic to deal with. Due to a scheduling change, my appointment had to be moved to a different day, and he went above and beyond by sending me a bottle of wine as a kind gesture for the inconvenience. That level of customer service is hard to find these days and was truly appreciated.The whole experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. AirCare systems from the start did a great job of providing a quote and booking a time for my house duct cleaning. They were fast to reply to my inquiry and correspondence was fast and efficient. The day of the cleaning Dylan showed up and was very professional, honest and respectful of my home. He set out a plan for his equipment, access to furnace and his plan for his service. All the way through the service he kept me in the loop of what he was doing and gave insight on my vents/ducts. After he was done he cleaned up nicely and took his equipment away carefully without harm to my home. AirCare did a great job and Dylan was very professional, honest and caring of my home. Lastly I should mention, I had ordered to have my dryer vent cleaned, Dylan did the work but came back saying it wasn't that dirty because the vent was very short. He said he wouldn't charge me for it and would've felt bad if he had. Thanks Dylan for being so honest, helpful and full of integrity! I wouldn't hesitate to ask AirCare Systems (and Dylan) to come again for their/his services. Hard to find professionalism. honesty and integrity these days, so thank you AirCare Systems.
