We were very satisfied with the service provided by AirCare Systems today. The technician, Stjepan, arrived on time and went through everything he would be doing with me before starting the work.He was very polite, professional, and patient throughout the service. After the cleaning he showed me the videos and photos he had taken and provided me with some helpful tips on furnace and dryer maintenance. He also made sure that everything was put back in place and left the area clean and tidy after completing the work.I really appreciate his excellent work and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend AirCare Systems to others, and we will certainly use your services again in the future. Thank you, Stjepan, for the great service!

I had a fabulous experience with the duct specialist! He was incredibly personable, kind, and energetic, and took the time to explain everything clearly throughout the process. He was also very patient with all of our questions and didn’t mind having spectators around while he worked. And the biggest compliment of all our puppy didn’t bark! That is extremely rare! 😂Overall, such a positive experience. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to have in our home. Highly recommend!

Aircar systems is very professional company. They explained the process well at the time of appointment and when they came for service found our heating systems was not based on furnace and was baseboard which did not require cleaning. They checked everything else and advised these might require cleaning in future and not at this point. They did not charge for service visit and educated us for duct cleaning.

This is literally the best duct cleaning service in the Lower Mainland! Stjepan and Dylan are some of the hardest working people. They're NADCA certified, extremely professional, super knowledgeable and put in 110% effort into helping us every step of the way. We have an older home, and Stjepan went above and beyond to help clean all our ducts and vents in our entire home with care. For an older home, I was worried about any damage to our ducts, but Stjepan took his time and did an excellent job! AirCare Systems is the absolute best, and I will absolutely use their services again.
