Let start by saying that I am a difficult customer to make happy. My expectations of Customer Service Representatives are extremely high almost impossible for most individuals pretending they are customer service oriented. I have never been more impressed anywhere like I am with the entire team of Benton City's Smart Storage. From my initial phone call requesting information about storage fees and portable units throughout the entire process Every single individual I have dealt with was very accommodating, helpful, and followed through with whatever was needed, asked or assisted my needs appropriately, timely and always led with what they could do to make my life easier.The day they picked up my portable container, I asked the new hire how he liked working with this team and he told me how great they all seemed to be. I told him I was jealous because I have never seen an entire crew all be so enthusiastic and cheerful as these people. I have always wanted to be a part of a team that was positive, fun to work with and proves their integrity each minute, each customer everyday consistently. They bend over backwards to do all they can do to make you feel like a friend that is cared about and go the extra mile not because they have to but because that is Who They Are.If you miss true customer service or think it doesn't exist..... Stop in the Benton City Smart Storage and witness for yourself how truly impressive they are. You will want to come back!
