⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐What a wonderful experience! We arrived just before closing, and the staff could not have been more gracious or welcoming. Our server, Willy, was incredibly congenial, attentive, and genuinely hospitable, making us feel like valued guests instead of a late arrival.We were also so appreciative that they welcomed our dog to join us, which made the evening even more special while we were traveling. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared.Exceptional service, fantastic food, and true hospitality. Thank you, Willy, and the entire team at Fuji Yama for ending our day on such a high note. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in the area!

Awesome sushi and hibachi grill food. I love sushi and theirs is awesome. She loves everything from the hibachi grill so we always find something we love.

Best Bento & spicy tuna roll we’ve found in TN so far. Server was attentive & fun. We will be back to try the Hibachi & other sushi rolls next.
