I had an excellent experience with Roman from Kingdom Appliances. I have a GE Profile UltraFast washer/dryer combo that had stopped working properly and was repeatedly leaving a drum full of water. I had already contacted another appliance repair company that told me they didn't service these combo units, so I was extremely relieved to find someone who was willing and able to actually diagnose and repair the problem.Roman was wonderful. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time necessary to figure out what was going on rather than rushing through the appointment. He stayed with the problem and made sure the machine was working properly before he left. I really appreciated both his expertise and the way he treated me as a customer.It's becoming increasingly difficult to find service that feels both competent and genuinely personal, and Roman provided both. I would absolutely call Kingdom Appliances again and would highly recommend Roman to anyone needing appliance repair. Thank you for turning a very frustrating situation into such a positive experience!
