The first time I pulled up, I was greeted by the most beautiful and warm smile, which brightened my day. They have excellent customer service, they do amazing on garments, and they are quick. I love the ease of dropping off items and picking them up. In addition, they have an app that tracks items, including color and description, which lets you know the status of the item/s and when they are ready for pick up. You can pay your invoice prior to pick up. It is very convenient. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.
