Alekzandr is awesome! I spend a lot of time a desk and have to drive long trips for work on occasion and his attention to the right muscle groups helps me reset when I'm feeling sore. He is very knowledgeable on techniques that you can do on your own in between sessions to stay healthy and flexible. Would recommend his good work to anyone!
