It’s always hard leaving your fur babies behind, but I felt very comfortable knowing our husky was well cared for during her two-night stay. The staff was kind, accommodating, and made the whole experience stress-free.Their pricing was very affordable, and we especially appreciated that they allowed us to pick her up on a day they are technically closed. That flexibility meant a lot to us.We will definitely be using them again whenever we travel back to visit family.

Persephone and I are in from out of state and that can always be a bit stressful, especially finding a groomer. Carol was sweet, professional and efficient. Carol picked up my dirty little English Springer Spaniel and brought back a fluffy, clean, sweet smelling girl that had beautiful feet and ears so clean she's still dancing! I will use Ruf Cuts and Carol again, for sure, if we stay long. ❤ Very affordable for the above and beyond service!

Ruff Cuts is the best! Carol always does exactly what we ask and is very responsive. My dog is older and has developed a bit of anxiety when away from us. They take extra time to make sure our dog settles in and they work to keep her calm while working on her. My dog always looks great when we pick her up! Thank you Carol and Leonard.

I love Carol and Lenard they are wonderful with my frenchies and treat them like their own. I have boarded them 2x with them so far and feel totally comfortable leaving my fur babies with them and I also use their grooming services and they always come back smelling clean and fresh. 10 out 10 from and totally recommend them to any and all who ask.
