I had been dealing with chronic pain for a long time. About two months of really bad pain in my right trap, plus over a year of hip pain and sciatica. It got to where it was affecting everything. Walking, sleeping, just normal day to day life.Coming here changed that for me.I am now completely pain free in my hip, and about 85% better in my trap, spine, and neck. Most days I barely notice it anymore, and if I do, it is nothing like it was before.Dr. Delgado really listens and targets exactly what I need. Brittany has also been amazing with the stretching and has helped so much in my progress.I highly recommend them.
