Good install of a wall-hung TV, seems really knowledgable

Met the owner, Alvin, when they were helping remove my ex's tvs. HE was complimenting them so I called them to help me install a new TV. He was so kind, extremely easy to work with, and his knowledge of everything TV was incredible. I hired AV Multimedia Solutions to wall mount and existing TV and sound bar. The installation required additional power outlet installation. They explained to work to be done upon arrival, offered options for future proofing, and kept me informed of the progress. They were professional and very organized. They took steps to minimize dust during drywall cutting. We’d use them again for other media projects.

I hired AV Multimedia to set up our tv’s and stereo systems in a house we had purchased near Ann Arbor. At the time, we were still living in California and connected with Alvin by phone. He acquired the high end 84” tv for us and installed it which required serious mounting and wiring challenges. It all went perfectly and we continued to use him to set up multiple systems throught the house as well as deploy the CAT-5 Ethernet network. My go-to choice for any media or network jobs. He and his crew were always responsive and the price was more than fair.

My wife and I enjoyed working with Alvin for our entertainment and WiFi needs. We had two signals for WiFi that were competing with each other and that our commercial provider was not able to sort out. Alvin solved it in about five or 10 minutes. He created a WiFi Hub in our basement that is super strong and fast and keeps our big two story home and big basement saturated with WiFi signal. He is super proficient at tuning our audio speakers to match our sitting arrangement. I strongly recommend Alvin for any audio visual or installation need. We look forward to having him back!

Alvin is excellent and exceptional in product and service. He installed two media centers in my home. He provided excellent advice, delivered excellent products, did follow up if required. Alvin and his team provided me with a brand new Samsung TV and fully adjustable wall mount for my home. They also provided the installation services for the mount, TV, and all my audio / video cables and my AV receiver. They were professional and the installation was clean. They ran all the cables inside the walls so there was no wires visible and hooked up all wiring and tuned my receiver for A/V switching. Installer actually hung himself off the wall mount for me, to show me how strong it was. (It was a LARGE TV, so I was a little scared) I was definitely not worried after that lol. Great team.
