After years of smoking and grilling, I decided to try "WURST" meats for a work party, and I was blown away by the quality of the 6 baby backs and 18lb brisket I picked up, especially since the ribs were perfectly meaty, trimmed, and uniform in size, making them a breeze to smoke—something I’ve never experienced before, especially when purchasing the 3-pack of ribs at Costco...all 3 racks are ALWAYS different sizes and thickness). Just getting ready to throw the Brisket in the "Big Green Egg" and I have to say that it too is a beautiful cut as well!! I can hardly wait.

Would absolutely give more stars if I could. Talked to a gentleman who I assume is an owner. He was super helpful and explained all the meat. Was mainly there for bacon and ended up with much more. Will absolutely go back for other meat needs.

You need to give this place a try! You simply can't beat the quality of the meat here, especially for the price. I've picked up everything from premium steaks and bone marrow to farm fresh honey, and every single product has been top-notch. What really sets this place apart though, is the people. Everyone is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely accommodating. They go out of their way to help you find exactly what you need.There truly isn't another butcher shop like it in Utah. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. The snack sticks are amazing! Perfect for any type of snacking occasion. Caution they are highly addictive! Honestly they have a lot of great choices of meat and you can’t go wrong with any of them, stop in you won’t regret it.

I've been meaning to get here. Finally made it. Surprisingly, very little "wurst". That's mostly a joke. However, don't go in expecting European wurst. This is all about meat and locally made sausages.If you're grillin, this is the place to be. I also love they have many cuts you just don't find at the bigger markets. Picanha, skirt, hanger, full bone short ribs, and many more. All the standards as well.I'm looking forward to the Chicago style brat.You couldn't ask for a bigger selection or nicer people.This is not the place to come looking for expensive wagyu cuts. It's practical and well priced. However,. when I see the pork is Berkshire, it's not the cheap stuff.

This place is the REAL DEAL. Absolutely EVERYTHING I've tried so far has been EXCELLENT. The pastrami is shockingly good, the Chicago style brats and beef hot dogs are second to none, and the deli style roast beef will ruin every other deli for you.

The Wurst Meat Shop is a fantastic specialty meat store and butcher shop. Their hotdogs are premium products and they sell other local products that complement their own offerings. Lots to choose from and all premium quality. Best tasting hotdog ever!

I am so used to just buying meat at a grocery store and was expecting the prices to be more expensive in a meat store. They were not!! I was blown away with not only the prices but the bacon was amazing! Glad I found this gem! Definitely going back!

I wandered in here out of curiosity and bought a few things to try like some hamburger and hot dogs. I made them for the family and they were like “wow that hamburger was incredible what did you do differently?” And the secret is I didn’t do anything except use the meat from this shop. And no joke it is drastically better. I don’t even know why but I think the meat I’d been getting at Walmart must not be real because now I can’t go back there. Same thing with the hot dogs—so much better. My son who is a hot dog connoisseur is obsessed. I also appreciate that they sell super good hamburger and hot dog buns here too.

Popped in today and will be back regularly. Everyone was friendly, gave a little tour, explained what they’ve got going on with their selection. A variety of portion sizes whether you’re single or have a family/kids to feed. Also have a variety of plain or seasoned/marinated meats. Swooped a few kinds of chicken, brats, ground beef and jerky. Can’t wait to try. Everything looks quality and was same price if not cheaper than the grocery store. Do yourself a favor, stop in and support local!

Our family loves the Wurst meat shop! Their bacon is unmatched. We also really love their snack sticks, seriously the best you will ever try! Can’t recommend this place enough, we’ve never had a meat or product we weren’t obsessed with. We always have at least a few of their products in our fridge/freezer! 🙌🏼

Love this new little butcher shop! Although the snack sticks and bacon are AMAZING and my family loves them, my personal favorites are the cuts of fresh meat. I buy the skirt or hangar cuts and just salt and pepper them and throw them on the grill for carne asada. That’s our new family favorite! I used to buy all of my meat at Costco, but these guys have cuts that I can’t get anywhere else. Also, the steaks here just taste better! And…I just love that this is a small business, owned by a local family. The owners are on-site and happy to answer questions. Such a nice change from a big box store! You’d think this would be more expensive than Costco/Walmart, but it’s not! Definitely worth checking out!

Very impressed. Went in a few weeks ago to place an order for a beef tenderloin for beef wellington. They had the meat ready when asked and it was a great price for really great quality meat. Very delicious. Everybody at the store was so helpful and I'm really excited to try their sausages.
