We needed a septic line and tank replaced. Jesse showed up gave us what he thought it take to correct the problem. We got scheduled to have the line replaced very quickly and they had it done in 2 days. Found out we do need to replace the tank so that has been ordered and will be installed when it arrives. Jesse was thorough with his work and very upfront with what it would take to get everything fixed. He and his team were very courteous and mindful of keeping the disruption down to a minimum. We were very pleased and would recommend them to anyone. Very happy to support a local company with a great team.

Jessie is professional and very informative. He contacted me multiple times to ask questions and spent his time explaining each part of the job, talking through possible options. I feel like he was never trying to upsell anything, his primary goal was fixing the issue in a way that best fit our needs.I called him late in the afternoon, and explained the problem to him personally. After ten minutes, he called me back with follow up questions and then wanted to take a look at the issue that night. He diagnosed the problem and was on-site the next day to remediate.I would recommend Haggard Septic Solutions to anyone.
