Very thorough. My A/C went out for good and they went out of their way to squeeze me in fast, despite being booked for two weeks. Always go above and beyond. They even came down in price to match a competitor, and stopped by to make sure all was working after the new system was installed. My pump went out and he threw in a new one. If they can't fix it, no one can. Trust Mitchell and Sons.

During this heat wave our AC wasn't keeping up, and we were hot! These guys came out and worked quickly to get us cooled off! I would highly recommend their services. The young workers were as polite as the older servicemen, and they were careful and tidy.

Thr Mitchell's are excellent workers and do a superb job they are very helpful and even walk you through stuff if you cant figure it out after they leave they put in our AC last summer and its been working great they were very quick and know what they are doing definitely recommend them for any of your ac or heating issues.

I called Mitchell and Sons because my unit was low on coolant and was running almost continually. They worked me in to their schedule the next day. Now my AC is running cold again even in this heat. The price for the service call was great. Thank you for your fast efficient service!!!

Great customer service. Jake did a wonderful job and so quickly fixed what was wrong with board in furnace and thermostat replaced. Excellent job!!
