So easy! I called and told them what I wanted and received a very reasonable quote. They kept in contact, answered my questions, and showed up at my apartment on time. I wish I’d thought to get before pictures because it was a mess. I elected to have them send me photos of the work done at the end over going out to look at it personally because I’m recovering from surgery and don’t walk well yet.
