What was a bedtime conversation and vision between my hubs and I, turned reality thanks to Joe and the O team. From start to finish the selling process of our condo was so smooth and effortless. We met with Joe on 5/7/22, told him our goal of renovating and selling, and together we came up with a plan and ran with it. Every timeline was literally met if not sooner than expected. Fast forward to 6/29/22, we officially closed escrow :) We were nervous because other units in our complex were on the market, but Joe and his team, literally got it done & with only one open house!
