Dino sold us our first home and it was a wonderful experience! We had a different realtor before him and when we switched to Dino it was night and day. He was more than willing to answer all of our questions and address our worries and concerns. He always answered his phone and responded to texts! His experience shines through his wealth of knowledge about the area, the kinds of homes, their construction, values, plus and minuses of what's in the home and the buying process itself. He was very thorough and we truely felt like he was on our side. We could finally breathe and feel good about our choices because he tailored the list of properties to our exact wants and needs and we never felt pressured! We found our little nook and we are more than happy! Although warm and personable he maintained extreme professionalism. Dino went above and beyond to help me buy a home. I was in the market for my first home and didn't know anything about how much was involved in buying a house. Dino walked me through the entire process and was easy to get a hold of whenever I needed to call. He always had a positive attitude and was very honest. Dino is, first and foremost, a wonderful person to deal with. He is thoughtful, courteous, and listens very well. His demeanor is consistently positive. He is also very honest; at no time did I feel that he was not being truthful with me. Dino's broad knowledge of contracting work really helped when showing properties. There were many instances where he pointed out issues which were not easy for the lay person to spot. His advice helped us steer clear of several properties we saw, and also helped greatly when we were deciding on the property we ended up purchasing.
