I wanted to share my recent experience at NJ Center for Oral Surgery in Caldwell, New Jersey. I have multiple Myeloma and take medicine that can be very dangerous if I ever need a tooth extraction. Well, I found out that the root canal I got 10 years ago went bad and needed to be redone. When I went to the endodontist, she told me that the tooth was in bad shape, was infected, cracked, and should come out. She called Dr. Charles Levin at NJ Center for Oral Surgery to find out the options. He did research and found out that since I had only received 3 doses of the medicine, I would be a good candidate for the extraction of that tooth. It really is nice to see a doctor go above and beyond for their patients. Dr. Levin was awesome! He did a fabulous job at a very complex procedure, and the whole time, he made sure I was comfortable. Leeda who was the surgical assistant, was a love. She was so caring and made sure I understood the procedure and what to expect along the way and afterward. She even held my hand for some of the tougher moments and gave me great advice on how to get the best effect from the laughing gas. All in all, for something so tough to deal with, it turned into a tolerable procedure thanks to Dr. Levina and Leeda! i highly recommend this practice to anyone needing oral surgery.Mike Gallof

I was immediately put at ease by the Dr Valenti’s kindness and compassion on my mother’s visit today. The Dr. Valenti and his assistants are attentive and demonstrate exceptional bedside manners, while still being efficient and professional. The entire team was wonderful—from the warm and welcoming front desk staff to the knowledgeable and supportive assistants. Everyone made my mother and I feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. When I called the Caldwell office to schedule an appointment with Dr. Levin Shaquanda couldn’t have been kinder or more pleasant. The front desk is the first contact and it was a VERY good one. Dr. Levin introduced himself and explained the procedure in a clear and understandable way. Susie and Jackie were in the procedure room and very friendly, kind and explained their responsibilities and added some levity to the conversation. When I called with questions everyone I spoke with was VERY polite and helpful. A VERY scary and stressful situation was made MUCH easier because of all involved. Thank you so much!

Dr. Jacobs was super knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. His entire staff was patient and kind throughout my time at NJCOS. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who needs care from an Oral Surgeon. I will be back !

5 stars all around! ❤️ I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Jacobs and his entire team. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt completely taken care of. The office itself is beautiful, spotless, and incredibly organized, which immediately put me at ease. Every single person on the staff was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. The wonderful ladies who helped me throughout the process were so patient, reassuring, and supportive, especially because I was extremely anxious about my surgery. I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed, and I was honestly terrified beforehand especially about the anesthesia. But Dr. Jacobs and his team went above and beyond to explain everything clearly before and after the procedure. The level of transparency and preparation they provided made me feel informed, safe, and comfortable every step of the way. Despite my nerves going in, the team created such a supportive environment that it honestly felt like a relaxing, well-guided experience rather than something to fear.Dr. Jacobs even personally called me after my surgery to check in and make sure I was doing well, which meant so much. That level of care and dedication is rare and shows how much he truly values his patients. If you are nervous about oral surgery, this is absolutely the place to go. Dr. Jacobs and his incredible team turned something I dreaded into such a positive experience. I am beyond grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and exceptional care. Dr. Jacobs and his team were kind, caring, and considerate when i came into the office in pain from an impacted wisdom tooth. They got me in right away, talked me through everything, and made me feel comfortable. The removal procedure went well and i couldn't recommend Dr. Jacobs more!
