Everyone was great! From the first phone call to make the appointment to the assistant who walked me back to the waiting area when I was finished with my procedure. The staff was very patient with me, which I appreciated. Sadly, the out-of-pocket cost to complete some of the much-needed treatments they recommended is not easily within reach.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Jacob and his team. From the moment I walked in, the office staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and efficient, which really helped put me at ease.Dr. Jacob has a fantastic bedside manner—he took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I was pretty nervous going in for my procedure, but honestly, I’m not even sure why now. He removed my tooth and performed a bone graft so quickly and smoothly, and I felt no pain at all.The entire experience was far better than I expected. I’ll be going back in about three months for my implant, and this time I’m not nervous at all—which says everything about the level of care I received.I would highly recommend Dr. Jacob to anyone needing an oral surgeon!

Honestly… I went in TERRIFIED to get my wisdom teeth removed, and came out feeling like I could star in a commercial 😅The entire team was AMAZING super kind, patient, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. And Dr. Levin WOW. The surgery was so smooth that I barely had any discomfort after.To prove how good they are: I was fasting before the procedure, and the FIRST thing I did after was eat a burger from Wendy’s 🍔😂 (yes… it took me twice as long to eat it, but still… worth it).If you’re scared of oral surgery this is your place. 10/10 experience. Highly recommend!Also, shoutout to the assistant Michelle, she did an amazing job and made the whole experience even better 🙌
