Couldn't be happier to have stumbled upon Abbott Air - Michael handled everything with candor and professionalism. Very fair pricing, very knowledgeable and also didn't suggest a new upstairs unit as it actually just needed a repair to perform like new. The downstairs was a lost cause (which I expected) but his up front diagnostic and consequent repair of the attic unit saved us quite a bit - even in the brutal heat over the past few weeks my usage went from 120+ kW to about half that thanks to the single new unit and minor work done inside. I'll recommend him to everyone I know.

He came to undesired neighborhood and didn’t hesitate or waiver treating me or the job with integrity and respect. I’m African American and it can be a challenge to be treated fairly when it comes to business(no shaming or looking for sympathy just stating facts) in a small town.
