Jesus has worked for us a week or so most years ever since he got his license. That only happens when we both really like the quality of a contractor's work and like working with them in general. We are delighted to know Jesus and to work with him. Jesus is talented, thoughtful, careful, keeps the worksite clean, and does excellent work. Due to his years of experience, he has made numerous recommendations that we have adopted. He has very effectively and carefully mentored his son and another worker such that they have become craftsmen in their own right. Over the years, he and his crew have remodeled two bathrooms (with wonderful results), built a 50 ft concrete ramp to our parking area to address mobility issues, built two new retaining walls along with French drains behind them, repaired two very old decaying rock walls, replaced vent screens with smaller mesh screens for fire risk reduction, replaced smoke drenched insulation, replaced a couple hundred feet of burnt down fence, painted the house exterior, built pads on hillsides for equipment and propane tanks, laid down gravel in multiple places to reduce fire risk, fixed a major plumbing problem and associated significant damage to walls and closets, performed multiple repairs over the years to a 50+ yr old wood deck, made repairs to and cleaned/sealed our large 50+ year old brick patio, and handled numerous other smaller home related interior and exterior maintenance and remodeling chores. We whole heartedly recommend Jesus for any work needed on your home or property!
