My home inspection was completed very fast and in a professional, thorough manner. Thanks!

Elijah’s inspection of my pending sale home was thorough, detailed oriented and very informative/knowledgeable. The link accessible report itself was color coded and very easy to navigate and understand. I used his inspection report comments/suggestions to help guide & inform my next steps. I highly recommend Elijah Proctor & Birdhouse Home Inspections, LLC.

Very pleased with the thorough job Birdhouse Home Inspection Services did on a house we are potentially buying. Great company to do business with 😊

Was able to schedule an appointment that aligned with our contractor with ease. Elijah was very thorough in his report along with recommendations for us. We are so grateful that we decided to get a pre-drywall inspection. Will be hiring you guys for our final inspection.
