Very unimpressed by the customer service and response from this company, especially given the great reviews. I filled out a form online with all the information that was requested for quotation and then was asked to do so again via text message with the same information a few days later. I sent it all over again, no problem. No response or acknowledgment. I followed up the next day asking if they needed more information as maybe something was missed if they wanted the same information again. No response. I’ve been completely ghosted for a week. Poor form. I don’t mind waiting but if you’re going to ask for my response I expect a response in return. Don’t ask for a response from a potential customer if you’re going to be too busy to even acknowledge them. I’d rather have just waited than wasted my time. not leaving them a 1 star because I didn’t do business with them, but wanted to share my poor experience. Less

I am extremely satisfied with the reupholstery of my furniture and the service that I received from Masters Solutions Upholstery. The fabric was thoughtfully positioned and the brass nailhead trim coordinated nicely with my decor. The upholsterer was communicative throughout the process providing suggestions and updates.
