They went above and beyond. Ben, who helped me book, was also great and super easy to work with. So nice to see that this company still is providing exceptional service a few years later! Also, the price was very reasonable and I honestly was bracing to pay more.Original Review:Miracle Movers truly were a miracle to me! I foolishly booked with another moving company (begins with a ‘B’ and ends in ‘ellhop’) who cancelled on me 30 minutes before my move. In a panic, I called Miracle Movers and Monte was so kind and helpful and was miraculously able to get movers to me that day. My movers, Will and Marcus, were phenomenal. My apartment is difficult to move in and out of and it was a long, hot day - but Will and Marcus never complained and were so friendly, helpful, and professional. Even when my enormous couch caused a lot of issues, they stayed positive and were able to get everything moved in with zero damage to anything. I am SO grateful to this company and how they bent over backwards to help me and did so with so much kindness and patience. Thank you, Monte, Marcus, and Will! I would give them 100 stars if I could & will recommend Miracle Movers to anyone looking to make their move seamless and low stress.

Moving stinks. Miracle Movers do not. Their whole team brings the noise. Justin, Henry and Jarrel were incredible. You hire movers for the service but you leave a review for the effort and attitude and these guys were amazing across the board. They went above and beyond to make our move happen smoothly. Even when our couch couldn't fit up our stairs they found a way to safely get it into the room we wanted. I don't want to move again but if I had to, I'm 100% hiring Miracle Movers for the job. 10/5 stars, would recommend.

We’ve used Miracle Movers twice in the last couple of years and had a great experience. Most recently, we had our hardwood floors refinished and needed to move our furniture out then back in across a couple of weeks. We used Miracle Movers for our relocation from Durham to Brooklyn, NY. The office staff was very nice and answered all of our questions prior to booking with them. The stars of the weekend were Lewis and Odell. They both were very thorough in ensuring all of our items were well packaged and secure. The day of loading it was rainy and extremely humid and they still packed up the truck quickly and efficiently. Both Odell and Lewis were easy to talk to, answered any questions we had, and overall were extremely personable! Moving into a smaller apartment on the 3rd floor was no easy task, and throughout the experience they did a great job with any and all hiccups during the unloading process. We had a great experience with Lewis and Odell and if we ever make our way back down south we will definitely be using Miracle Movers again!

Miracle Movers moved us from NC to VA and it was an overall great experience! We have never hired movers so it was a new experience for us. First, Lewis W. and Odell are the best! They loaded and unloaded us, fit everything in one truck, and they worked so hard! They were efficient, careful, and again worked very hard two days in a row with the load and unload. The paperwork and payment process at the end was very clear and I received emails every step of the way. We also had a crew pack us for a partial pack and they were also very efficient. The whole process started though with a great quote from Jack C. who walked me through it all, explained everything, answered my questions, and gave a very accurate quote. In the end, we saved money! Thank you for a seamless moving experience!

Lewis and Odell were very professional and courteous. Any moving or changes to where we needed items located were no problem. They showed up on time and ready to go. They took great care in loading and unloading as well as checking with my daughter on any assistance with setting up her room. I really appreciate how easy they were to talk to and suggestions. We moved from NC to MN a 1500 mile relocation. Miracle Movers gave us the best quote and came recommended by our real estate agent. The packing in NC was great. Things were handled with care and well protected. Loading day was busy but Gabriel and Austin did a great job and understood the order things had to come off the truck and packed accordingly. Gabriel kept us posted throughout the trip as to where they were. We were able to unload a day earlier than expected and the guys assembled everything that we needed. There was no damage and we were very pleased. It’s a real plus to have Gabriel there for packing, loading, driving and unloading. Gave us a good feeling that we made the correct choice in moving companies. Can’t say enough good things about Gabriel and Austin plus the 2 others guys who did the packing. You won’t go wrong if you hire the group.
