John, Mr. Cool Tool, did a great job on my storm door (which was almost completely blown off from the many wind gusts the front of the house always seems to get hit by! It was only hanging on by one hinge and it split the wood in the trim. John told me his schedule was very busy but he managed to squeeze us in the following week when he understood our urgency. Many that I reached out to said they don’t handle the trim at the front of the door because that’s a specialty. John researched and made it work!Without a doubt the best communicator of any and all contractors I ever worked with including prompt responses to texts/calls and offering pricing options depending on our preferences and budget! I highly recommend Mr. Cool Tool and plan to use them for any future needs!
