I came back from vacation to no hot water and water all over the floor around my water heater. I sent a message online and after a few texts back and forth, Ian was able to replace my unit the next day. It took him about an hour and 15 minutes and he worked within the time frame I had available. Very personable and I’ll definitely use Remedy Plumbing if/when needed!

Same Day!!! Our water heater began dripping on Saturday night, but rather than call an emergency plumber on the weekend, I waited until Monday morning, figuring I'd get an appointment in a few days. Ian was here within 20 minutes, and by 11:00 am, I had a new water heater installed, old one removed and everything tidy. Incredible! This was the best experience I've had with any service person and we've been lucky to have found great people to take care of our home - but Remedy went above and beyond. I'm keeping their number!

Had a small plumbing problem from a handyman that left my toilet leaking. The handyman replaced my wax ring twice but said it was still leaking and suggested to call a plumber. Remedy showed up 5 minutes after I called to look at it. He said that it may have been leaking but it looks great and the second time he replaced it did the trick. I asked him how much I owed him (assuming it would be arriund $100 for just showing up) and he said I owed him nothing! I looked in my wallet and handed him a $20 because that’s all I had… unknown to me there was two $20s stuck together. He handed one back to me. Great service and amazing integrity. 10 out 10!
