Working with Amy and Alister at Spice E Bikes was an amazing experience! Everything from answering our (many!) questions to helping us with the fitting and first rides has been great! My husband and I are making switches from a car-based lifestyle to a ebike-based one, and they have been great with us, every step of the way!Cannot recommend them enough!

Super knowledgable and incredible service!! I needed to buy an e-bike before moving out of state and was in a time crunch, and Amy found a way to get me the floor model and opened the store on a Sunday so that I could get the new bike loaded into my truck. Highly recommend if you're looking for any type of e-bike for commuting, mountain biking, or just looking to get some new accessories while supporting a super local bike shop!!

Do yourself the favor of shopping at this excellent local business if you are in the market for an e-bike! I was totally ignorant walking in there, just knew I wanted a bike. The staff were fantastic in educating my husband and I, taking us on test rides, and making reasonable suggestions for best fits for our needs. They were friendly, welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process, ordered our bikes online, received them at the shop and put them together for us, showed us important basics to get started, and are happy to help with any future concerns. They even spent hours installing a new shock for my husband's bike, which didn't fit properly, so they re-installed the original. They really were great. I won't take my cool new bike anywhere else! Thanks, Spice eBikes for a job well done - we are happy customers!
