I've been going fixoid for awhile back in 2022 I recall the first time my phone screen had cracked and I needed to find a decent place that works well with phone screen replacement as soon as i took my phone they were able to get it fixed and taken care of luckily for me i was able to cover the price without having to go broke. With that being said I was very much happy and satisfied with the fix and repair the screen and phone itself looked brand new .while waiting an hour or two if you ask me it was worth it. I just went by again recently on Friday and they got the job done overall Fixoid is an amazing small company that I would highly recommend for anyone weather you're need phone repaired or any technology device they can do it all thank you again Fixoid for bringing my phone back to life

It took them 2 days to fix my Nintendo Switch screen and it came out looking brand new. Whenever you have a broken electronics and consoles, Fixoid comes in handle. there's no other Workshop besides Fixoid that's eligible to fix electronics. Even though it was expensive, it was worth the price. Always keep your receipt.

I took my brother's ps5 to get it fix at fixoid because the PS5 was getting very dusty and dirty and was making a loud sound and overheating a lot. When I took it to fixoid to fix for a deep clean and others. 2 days later I picked up my brother's PS5, they got it fix and was I shocked to see how smooth and clean it was. Especially since the ps5 was no longer making any loud sound. I recommend this place for getting your ps5 deep clean and fixing overheating problems.

Headed to Fixoid for my laptop and they were so nice to work with! Checked out my laptop quickly, stayed in communication by text, and completed the repair super fast. Like within a day. And they kept it affordable. I’ll be honest - I went to Best Buy first and they wanted to charge double the price and keep my laptop for 2-6 weeks. Plus told me I should just buy a new laptop. We need small, honest shops like Fixoid around so please let them fix your stuff! Thanks Fixoid!

Unfortunately, they weren’t able to get the problem completely resolved while I was at the store. Normally, that might have been the end of the experience — but what happened afterward is what really impressed me.The store reached back out to me on their own and made a genuine effort to make things right. To my surprise, they went above and beyond by actually coming out to my location to personally take care of the issue and get my computer working properly.That level of follow-up and customer service is something you just don't see very often anymore. It would have been easy for them to simply say they couldn't fix it at the store and move on, but instead they took responsibility, followed through, and made sure I was taken care of.To me, great customer service isn't about everything going perfectly the first time. My phone got taken over with pop ups every 10 seconds kicking me off whatever site I was on and telling me my phone was being hacked and that it was full of viruses. I took it to the phone store who told me there was nothing I could do but delete apps and hope it worked. I went to fixoid and they fixed my phone quickly and for a very reasonable price! Phone works great now, very happy with fixoid's service - I would recommend them to anyone!
