Joe Thompson and his team did an outstanding job repairing the wind damage to my house. Joe was friendly and professional from start to finish. He provided a free estimate and took the time to help me find the right siding for my needs. The repairs look fantastic; the siding is not only fixed but looks cleaner and better than before.I'd highly recommend Exterior Plus to anyone dealing with siding damage. Great service and quality work!

My wife and I were very impressed with Exteriors Plus, especially Ian Newby. He followed up when he said he would, he communicated really well, and fixed our issue. We felt validated in a the roof leak was not the fault of anyone, and that a simple fix would take care of the issue. Appreciative and willing to share with others our good experience.

When I needed to reroof my home in Minneapolis, Will Naslund from Exteriors Plus made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He stayed in constant contact throughout the project and worked around my schedule without hesitation, which was crucial since I was juggling multiple contractors and travel for work. Their flexibility and communication made coordinating everything manageable, and the quality of the work speaks for itself.

Had some roof vents that were leaking and damaged shingles that needed attention. Ian Newby came out, got the work done quickly, and took time to explain everything clearly along the way. The whole process was straightforward, the pricing was fair, and I really appreciated how prompt and willing to help he was from start to finish.

A year ago, my wife and I moved into our new home where we had no fence and no deck. I went with the Exteriors Plus because a good friend of mine worked there, and I knew the owner and I knew the quality that the company would provide. Aside from the quality I went with this company because of their warranty. Even though this process could’ve went a lot smoother, unfortunately, there were some issues and concerns that caused us to have to get some repair work done. The reason why I’m giving this a five star and not anything lower is the fact that with the amount of issues we had the owner Quy and IAN took over this project and made sure that everything we had concerns with was addressed and taken care of. We spent a lot of money, over $40,000 for a fence and for a deck, that’s a lot of money, so I had super high expectations! At first they were not met, but the fact that this company was willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything was corrected, I couldn’t happier, because a lot of companies would’ve just left it the way it was. Also, Tony, The gentleman who built our deck did pure quality. He did a lot of work by himself during the building phase and all the tedious work. His professionalism, passionate for what he does really put him above. A lot of people who are in this industry! Even though this project could’ve and should of went a lot smoother, I’m overall happy with the product and the outcome. Thank you, Exteriors Plus, thank you to all the ladies in the office that had to put up with me lol, my wife and I are very grateful and we will be using Exteriors Plus in the future with other issues that might arise with the rest of our house. Thank you guys I would highly recommend.

We had a roof repair emergency right before listing our house, and Will came out the morning after I called to inspect the damage. He gave us a reasonable bid and got his crew scheduled fast enough that the repairs were completed before our MLS listing went live. Everyone I dealt with from start to finish was courteous and professional, and they really came through for us when we needed it most.

After another contractor accidentally damaged my roof and gutters, I found Exteriors Plus through a Google search and reached out to them. Alonzo came out quickly to assess the damage, provided an estimate fast, and after submitting it to their insurance company, had a crew at my house right away to repair the roof, gutters, soffit, and fascia. The work was done well, the communication throughout was solid, and everything was completed promptly—I'm very satisfied with how Exteriors Plus handled the whole situation from start to finish.

Joe from Exteriors Plus came out to our Minneapolis home to repair our soffit, and he was prompt and really took the time to explain what was going on. Instead of pushing us toward an expensive replacement, he found a smart solution that saved us a ton of money by fixing the metal piece rather than replacing it. His problem-solving approach and straightforward communication made the whole experience stress-free, and we're definitely calling Exteriors Plus again the next time we need work done on our home.

Ian from Exteriors plus did a small siding repair project for me. He was extremely responsive, very professional, the work was excellent, made sure our neighbors knew what was happening, and ensured the mess (including a magnet for nails and screws) was cleaned up. HIGHLY recommend. Outstanding work.

We had a persistent water infiltration issue and Ian came out promptly to assess the situation. He listened to the history of the issue, inspected the problem area, and found that our attic vent on the side of our house had a gap, wasn’t sealed properly, and the stucco beneath it had cracked. He provided a quick solution that we are optimistic will solve this longstanding issue and he couldn’t have been more responsive and easy to work with.He was referred to us and I’m happy to pass along my own referral now and in the future. We’ll definitely use these guys if we need any exterior work in the future as well.

I had a great experience from start to finish. The crew clearly knew what they were doing, worked efficiently, and took great care throughout the entire project.A special thank you to Alfonzo. He was incredibly responsive and stayed involved in person throughout the project to ensure everything was running smoothly. We did run into a small hiccup, but instead of making excuses, he took ownership, found a solution, and made sure I was happy with the outcome. That level of customer service and accountability is something you rarely see these days.Well done to Alfonzo and the entire crew. I highly recommend them!

I had a great experience working with Alonzo Spears from Exteriors Plus. He went above and beyond to identify the exact cause of my roof leak and fixed it properly. What I appreciated most was that he was honest and straightforward — he did not try to push unnecessary repairs, overestimate the work, or use a sales pitch to recommend things I didn’t need. His professionalism, attention to detail, and integrity really stood out. I would definitely recommend Alonzo and Exteriors Plus to anyone looking for a trustworthy roofing contractor.

Ian was great. He came out immediately and stopped a major leak from becoming a major problem.

Quy, Mario, and the entire Exterior Plus team did an excellent job assessing my deck and identifying the repairs needed to make it safe and structurally sound. They were quick to respond, thorough in their assessment, and completed the repairs in just one day. What impressed me most was how they took the time to walk me through what should have been done originally, explain the issues they found, and outline the corrective measures they were taking. They clearly communicated how the repairs would not only address the current problems but also help prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.I highly recommend Exterior Plus for their professionalism, expertise, quality workmanship, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Exteriors Plus has become my absolute go-to for anything home-related — both for my own home and for my real estate clients. I always feel confident referring Quy, Ian, and the entire team because they consistently deliver honest guidance, fast communication, and top-quality service. Most recently, I was working under a very tight timeline for clients who needed a quick roof assessment. Ian was able to get out to the property within just a few hours, thoroughly inspect the roof, and provide a professional, straightforward evaluation that helped us move forward with confidence. That level of responsiveness and integrity is hard to find.Again this week, Quy and his team came to our rescue, as a piece of siding decided to come off hours before closing! They had someone out there as soon as they could and closing was not disrupted! From roofing and windows to everything in between, Exteriors Plus continues to prove why they are one of the most trusted and valuable contractors in the metro area. Their professionalism, expertise, and customer-first approach set them apart every single time. Highly recommend!

My windows are gorgeous. I would highly recommend Ian. He told me his #1 goal was that I was happy, and he proved that to be true. Mario’s attention to detail and management of his team was also second to none. I’d call Ian again in a second. Thanks to Rick Van Every at Next Level Remodeling for the recommendation!

The workers did a very thorough job on our project. We were very happy with the workmanship. We were disappointed that we never received a follow up call from the office to see how everything went. Almost all of the contractors we’ve worked with over time have always followed up. Having been in sales for 45 years I understand how important follow is for future business.

2026-05-22T23:53:27.520Z

Ian came out to take a look at a window leak and was incredibly helpful and informative. Went above and beyond to try to fix the issue that same visit rather than needing to send someone back out. Will absolutely use them again.
