Found that I had a leak (into the garage) just barely before moving. Exteriors Plus (Ian Newby) came and identified the probable entry point, and offered several less expensive options which would *probably* have taken care of the problem. I couldn’t accept “probable” solutions though, since I needed to *know* the roof would not be or become an issue in the home sale.Ian priced out a reasonable, straightforward roof re-shingle, including replacement of any weak / de-laminating decking plywood, and replacing the large, unsupported flashing above the chimney with a better structure that wouldn’t bend.The job was scheduled quickly, and started/finished in a single day. Ian kept me up to date on what was happening, so I knew, even though I was out of the house, what was going on.It looks great, and having a brand new roof helped (I’m sure) in my getting great offers for the house.

He was able to diagnose the problem, get me multiple estimates (just fixing the current leaks, or updating all windows to modern code), and schedule the repair in a timely manner.
