A year ago, my wife and I moved into our new home where we had no fence and no deck. I went with the Exteriors Plus because a good friend of mine worked there, and I knew the owner and I knew the quality that the company would provide. Aside from the quality I went with this company because of their warranty. Even though this process could’ve went a lot smoother, unfortunately, there were some issues and concerns that caused us to have to get some repair work done. The reason why I’m giving this a five star and not anything lower is the fact that with the amount of issues we had the owner Quy and IAN took over this project and made sure that everything we had concerns with was addressed and taken care of. We spent a lot of money, over $40,000 for a fence and for a deck, that’s a lot of money, so I had super high expectations! At first they were not met, but the fact that this company was willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything was corrected, I couldn’t happier, because a lot of companies would’ve just left it the way it was. Also, Tony, The gentleman who built our deck did pure quality. He did a lot of work by himself during the building phase and all the tedious work. His professionalism, passionate for what he does really put him above. A lot of people who are in this industry! Even though this project could’ve and should of went a lot smoother, I’m overall happy with the product and the outcome. Thank you, Exteriors Plus, thank you to all the ladies in the office that had to put up with me lol, my wife and I are very grateful and we will be using Exteriors Plus in the future with other issues that might arise with the rest of our house. He gave us a reasonable bid and got his crew scheduled fast enough that the repairs were completed before our MLS listing went live. After another contractor accidentally damaged my roof and gutters, I found Exteriors Plus through a Google search and reached out to them. Alonzo came out quickly to assess the damage, provided an estimate fast, and after submitting it to their insurance company, had a crew at my house right away to repair the roof, gutters, soffit, and fascia. He was extremely responsive, very professional, the work was excellent, made sure our neighbors knew what was happening, and ensured the mess (including a magnet for nails and screws) was cleaned up. We had a persistent water infiltration issue and Ian came out promptly to assess the situation. He listened to the history of the issue, inspected the problem area, and found that our attic vent on the side of our house had a gap, wasn’t sealed properly, and the stucco beneath it had cracked. He provided a quick solution that we are optimistic will solve this longstanding issue and he couldn’t have been more responsive and easy to work with.He was referred to us and I’m happy to pass along my own referral now and in the future. We’ll definitely use these guys if we need any exterior work in the future as well.
