Technicians worked quickly to remove toilet and run camera down toilet drain lines to ensure there was no blockage to line and were able to clear clog in a 20 year old toilet. The field supervisor came by to see how the job was going and delivered a wax ring used to reseat the toilet. All involved showed an appreciation for the customer.

Overall, we had a great experience with the guys who came out to do the work. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, and they successfully cleared a backyard drain that hadn’t been serviced in years. My only issue was the price. In hindsight, I should have gotten a second quote, but they were confident they could take care of the problem and were able to start the work right away, so I agreed to move forward. After doing some additional research afterward, I do feel that I significantly overpaid for the work that was performed. That part is on me for not getting another estimate first, but I would definitely recommend getting a couple of quotes before moving forward. The quality of the service itself was good; the cost was my only disappointment.

Otter plumbing came out for a difficult waste line fix. I am a general contractor and I know a good sub contractor when I see one. He had all the tools necessary to fix the problem.showed me on a good camera view the problem. He needed the right equipment to fix it, and he stayed and got it done right. Galen eagle building.

What a great experience with the Otter Squad today (except the part about having a broken water heater ☹️). I was so fortunate to have found this amazing family-run company and they were able to fit me in the same day! Stellar workmanship (including fixing some problems left over from the previous install), clean, efficient, and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend. Attached is a photo of my beautiful new beast ❤️

Our old sewer line finally broke. Otter Squad came out and fixed the problem with care and competence. It's a big job and we were very happy with how it all came out!

So the bottom line is that the Otter Squad (formerly Ortiz Plumbing) was the bright spot in what has been a rough day. They responded IMMEDIATELY, came directly from another work site and fixed my shower that wouldn't turn off as well as the water valve to the house that also wasn't working!! Polite, kind, skilled and knowledgeable--this is exactly the kind of small business that you want to support. They had the ability to turn off the water from the street and worked quickly to solve the problem. They also offered to come back on another day to replace a corroded part free of charge. 1000% recommend.

The team was out within an hour of my call, small restaurant buisness. Fair price and got the job done superbly and even offered a follow-up (no cost) visit should it be necessary. Very professional. Also, high-end sewer pipe cleaning equipment and borescope camera gear.

I had an indoor leak on a home with the plumbing that was run through the concrete foundation. Several other bigger well-known plumbers had quoted me unreasonable prices and extravagant work plans. Alfredo came out and we found a clean, simple, straightforward fix that also sets me up for successful future upgrades. I felt so confident in him that I additionally had him install a hot water heater. Several weeks later I developed a separate independent link outside of my house, so I called otter squad right away. Once again, quick simple, straightforward fix.

Best plumbers around. They've helped me with a handful a problems over the years. I can't say enough good things about them. They have always been quick to get out and fix our issues, usually within 24 hours. They do great, reliable work. I can't imagine using anyone else for my plumbing needs.

These guys are knowledgeable and have all the correct equipment. Our house has aging cast-iron pipes which the pipe joints were corroding shut There team were able to come in and installed a new cleanout that was not originally install on the house. The additional cleanout will allow to deal with future blockage which I doubt we need to do for a long time. Their hydro-blast did am amazing job. They are an amazing company and they know what they are doing. I recommend them 100%.

Team was great. They showed up and immediately got to work diagnosing our water issue and even helped identify another contractor to help fix our floor that was damaged. Experience was great and easy

Otter Plumbing (Alfredo Andrew) was amazing. Farmers Insirance required a whole house monitor and shutoff valve Moen FLOW with pressure regulator and Otter got everything running perfectly. They also took care of some old plumbing needs- I would highly recommend them!!

I have to ditto the review of my Bro! Clogged backyard drains allowing water to pond under our Mom's house. Roof downspouts connected to drain pipes under lawn and concrete walkways, clogged with decades of debris and roots. Installed so long ago no idea where most went! Afraid there might be a lot of digging and destroyed landscaping in the process. Thought we were going to have to get down and dirty ourselves, renting a snake auger and going for it.Thankfully we found The Otter Squad family & crew - they were simply awesome. They got ALL the drain pipes around the house cleared out and clean, and only a couple small plants had to be dug up. Each drain line and blockage was traced using their hi-tech cable camera with electromagnetic location to pinpoint the routing and depth of pipes. It was a big job. On the fourth visit they had cleared all but one last pipe, but with some ingenuity they were able to replace that last pipe under a sidewalk without disturbing any concrete!Alfredo's 30 years of experience (previously Ortiz Plumbing) was obvious with great communication confirming every visit, fair estimates as work progressed and clever pipe replacement saving us money in the end. We are grateful we were able to find someone who could do this difficult work much faster and better than we ever could. Thanks Otter Squad!

The guys from Otter Squad did a great job diagnosing and resolving clogged outside drain pipes connected to multiple downspouts at the house. They used a camera snake to go directly into the pipes to understand where the problems were so they could resolve them. I highly recommend these guys, they know what they are doing, and have the equipment and experience to get the job done. Alfredo and Andrew worked hard and charged a fair price. In the end, all the issues were resolved, just in time for the rainy season.

Same day excellent service in clearing the severe blockage in the kitchen piping. Honest and fair pricing. Cleaned up after some bush removal. Will use for replacing my outdoor gas grill.

Otter Squad came out to give me a quote on a gas line to support the installation of a tankless hot water heater. After speaking with me, Alfredo recommended that I keep my current hot water heater; and not to incur the additional expense. This is a family-owned and honest company! Compassion over commerce!

Our toilets all started backing up Saturday night. We waited until Monday to call because of previous plumbing experiences. My phone call was answered quickly, the receptionist was polite and duly concerned about our lack of toilets. She found a time slot that morning 11-1. They arrived at 12. I showed them the cleanout locations and they started work immediately. This was an ugly, smelly job. The two plumbers were always polite and helpful. Ortiz walked me through what he was going to do at each step. I got an estimate at the beginning that matched what I paid.As they progressed through the job, the extent of the blockage became apparent. They ended up snaking both cleanouts. They then ran a camera through the system to check for any breaks. There is more work to be done, but my sewage system works for now. Otter Squad came on time. They stood by their estimate. They kept working despite having sewage spew up at them at one point. They cleaned up the site completely and pointed out all the work that had been done.I will be using them again.
