I had the most wonderful experience with The Blind Guys.. Starting from the first call, then scheduling, and then I had the good fortune to meet Jeramia. He was amazing!! He didn’t make me feel rushed or that I had to decide b4 he left. He was spot on with the measuring of my windows. Everything was 150% perfect. After the first meeting with Jeramia I was given the entire sample book to look over and keep for a week and when I was ready and I thought I chose what I wanted at the last minute I had changed my mind and wanted to see some other things. They had no problem scheduling another visit. They were always on time for our meetings and he spent hours with me until I was 100% sure of what I wanted. I was worried about making a mistake with the type of blinds I wanted. So Jeramia spent a very long time with me going thru sample after sample and finally he showed me the exact thing I wanted. Less than 2 weeks later I got to meet Ryan who by far is the greatest installer 😊 and what I planned on taking hours for him to do seemed like only minutes! And all 6 window blinds were installed without a hitch and I had my new blinds! The Blinds Guy will forever have my business! I would give them a 10 star ⭐️ rating if I could. This was first time I used this company and was pleasantly surprised. I needed a shutter repaired. They booked an appointment for me in just a few days. The tech was on time, very pleasant and completed the job quickly. They have definitely earned my future business.

This company has been excellent for us. We have used them over several years and we just had them back again today to repair several of our plantation shutters’ old tilt bar connections. The technician was prompt (actually early!), was professional, and got right to work. He completed tuning up the tilt bar connections on 7 windows and they all look and work great again. The technician not only replaced the broken connectors, but also replaced connections that looked at risk for breaking soon. The price was excellent…Lower than another company who was charging 4 times the price!! We were scheduled the day after I called too. Highly recommend this company. They are an excellent business.

Our experience with Chris / The Blind Guy have been nothing but exceptionnel. He has been our go to guy for years.The Blind Guy installed shutters through our whole house and then added some window coverings for a slider. We were set for life. Then almost two years ago we had a major house fire. Unfortunately we lost everything inside of our house.We called Chris and he came to the rescue after the rebuild. He took care of ordering / updating our shutters and his crew did a fantastic job on installing them. Everyone I worked with at The Blind Guy acted politely, professionally and efficiently. Mark was extremely helpful and informative about how the Smart Drapes work, took meticulous measurements and was careful to understand exactly how I wanted them installed. He was NOT a high pressure sales person. He gave me time think about his quoted price and understood I was getting another bid. The office was understanding when I explained that I needed a couple weeks to finish painting, even though they had received my drapes and they were ready for installation. Ryan, the installer wore booties in my home and was also meticulous in his work. I highly recommend this company.

My experience with the Blind Guy was exceptional. Mark Drennan is skilled at reviewing your home and then making excellent suggestions. I was going to go with shudders through out my house. However, based on the location of my dining room within my home and access to available sunlight, he suggested that I go with beautiful drapes. I could not be more pleased with the professionalism I experienced and the pricing was on point.
