it was my first time to come to a salon and have my underarm waxed! I was nervous but Jessica kindly ushered me to the room and made me feel comfortable and it wasn't as horrific as i imagined. the session was quick but very thorough, she was happy to answer all my questions whilst doing what she do best and she managed to inform me the necessary after care i needed to do. Overall, happy to do it again in 3 weeks and excited to book my Brows with them as well xxx Lovely ladies.

Ruby was lovely from the moment I arrived. My nails were not in a great condition but Ruby was very knowledgeable and after assessing them, recommended gel extensions. My nails look lovely and I’m looking forward to going back for other treatments.

Took my 85 year old mum who has dementia and is also deaf to have a gold/latte coloured cats eye shimmering look polish on her fingernails and toenails with Kaylee. Kaylee was absolutely lovely and so patient with her as always. My mum loves having her nails done and it was the first time Kaylee has done her toes. Mum really enjoyed herself and couldn’t stop admiring her them. She was beaming for the rest of the afternoon. Her nails look beautiful, thank you Kaylee, we will be back soon.
