Took my 85 year old mum who has dementia and is also deaf to have a gold/latte coloured cats eye shimmering look polish on her fingernails and toenails with Kaylee. Kaylee was absolutely lovely and so patient with her as always. My mum loves having her nails done and it was the first time Kaylee has done her toes. Mum really enjoyed herself and couldn’t stop admiring her them. She was beaming for the rest of the afternoon. Her nails look beautiful, thank you Kaylee, we will be back soon.

Can in for an infill and redesign and one of the staff started filing my nails down and walked off after 3 minutes and I was left unattended for over 30 minutes before someone carried on the job, I showed them the design I wanted on my phone and it got passed between two staff members and they were laughing and mocking it, which is the reason why this rating is low, the lady that designed my nails was wonderful, and paid attention to detail, however probably won’t be returning as most staff were unwelcoming

Received an excellent service from Shannon as usual. She did an excellent job job. Always does. I’m never ever disappointed. She is always very professional. And Yasmin was very professional to. Made me feel right at ease. And did a wonderful job. I’m a very happy lady.

I had a lovely pamper here yesterday. Luxury pedicure, gel polish manicure and my eyebrows waxed and shaped.Yasmin is great. So good at her job. Attentive, careful, a perfectionist and chatty.Can't recommend the Salon and Yasmin enough.

Always give this place a thumbs-up. The staff are so kind and lovely, and they welcome you every time. Every time I come in to get my nails done by the lovely Kaylee, she always does mine beautifully, and I also sometimes get my eyebrows done by the lovely Ruby; she does a grand job on them. I had an appointment for brow lamination. I was taken straight in for my appointment and the appointment itself was pretty swift. I asked for natural looking brown. I was a little taken aback with the dark colour but it has settled down quite a bit.Ruby was really pleasant and explained all the processes as she went along.

Had a full facial with Yasmin. As always Yasmin was extremely professional and made me feel very relaxed and welcome. My skin felt amazing afterwards and the aftercare advise was very informative. I would highly recommend Yasmin for any nail or beauty treatments.
