They were great! Victoria in the office was super sweet and able to schedule us right away. They listened to our needs and helped us with exactly what we needed. They fixed our clogged sink and when it started clogging again the next day, they came out and did a little extra. Mike was nice and walked me through every step he took. Definitely would have them out if any other issues arise.

My landlord did something right when he called Castlewood!Over the last few years, I have had issue after issue, four of which have been plumbing related and my landlord has not been the most helpful. But he did something right when he called Castlewood!They are QUICK to get you scheduled and take care of. The techs we have met have been down to earth, hard working, focused, personable, dependable, and diligent. They have been understanding, generous with information and keeping us in the loop, and have had my back when I faced push back. They also seem very family focused and friendly... like being a good person and building community connection is the #1 priority and fixing the pipes is a close second.The work speaks for itself. 10/10, 5 stars, would definitely recommend!Castlewood should be your first call!
