Castlewood sent a very knowledgeable and pleasant repairman to fix my kitchen faucet leak. Mike first accessed the problem and then gave me all the information with options and pricing. He determined that the leak under my kitchen sink was actually due to the inside of the faucet, requiring a replacement. I purchased the faucet through Castlewood. The entire repair was completed in one morning.
