Grant and his team were extremely thorough in explaining planned work, proposal, solutions, and considerations to ensure the absolute best results. They worked very closely with my insurance company and continued with follow ups and submitted all documents and necessary information so my claim could be processed without any issues or delay. Their technical knowledge, vast experience, and expertise in roofing, provided a high level of communication and trust. The crew members were always on time, friendly and got the job completed quickly and done right. Blue Peaks also ensured all the new gutters were installed and done correctly. They were very careful to respect our surrounding property and did not leave a mess in our yard. Grant was our project manager and provided expert advise, ensuring all aspects of the project were handled properly and professionally, answered all my additional questions and concerns and was truly thoughtful, always responded with our best interest at heart. Picking a roofing company is hard. Many will promise incentives to use them. One even tried to bring me a case of palisade peaches haha.Benny Izquierdo of Blue Peaks Roofing LLC is the real deal! He made time to meet with our insurance adjuster & was instrumental in getting the needed monies for the hail damage we had suffered.His crew is fast & efficient and do quality work at every turn. Even going the extra mile for above industry standards on the Ice & Water shielding underlay, Class 4 shingles and suchI won’t lie, getting a roof and dealing with roofing company sales pitches is stressful. And no two stories are the same. Each has their own version of the damage and what will probably need to be done as extras, such as replacing boards.You’ll be informed in great detail of the overall plan. Many pages of it haha. But no matter any issues that can even only be discovered during the install, Benny & Blue Peaks will keep on it.Do yourself a favour and at least speak with him first before signing up another company
