NC Fresh Air Solutions, once again, simply blew me away with the quality of the work done. We have had Shon here for a second job to redo the immediate walkway of brick and steps to our front door. The brick and mortar, along with the seal had deteriorated over time, and someone had done a really bad fix up in the past, which not only negatively impacted the curb appeal of our home, but provided no sealant for water seepage into the crawlspace. We discussed what options were available for the job, the pros and cons of each, and arrived at a solution. His work was precise, yet thorough. He showed up on time, and the work site was spotless when the job was completed.NC Fresh Air Solutions is a rare find, This was the 2nd time they have provided excellent service, at a fair price,

Shon was awesome. We had a complicated situation with repairs needed to the damper and brickwork in the fireplace and to the top of the chimney. He problem solved with us and listened to what we wanted and helped us choose the right approach. His work was excellent and he was very pleasant, and was sensitive to our budget. We have him coming back to redo the mortar in our brick entryway. Highly recommend!

It had been two years since my last fireplace cleaning of our gas fireplace. At the start of the season (in North Carolina as soon as it gets down to 60 degrees 🤣) I flipped the switch on and I could tell it smelled strange and it was time to finally get someone here to clean the fireplace. I did some research and found NC Fresh Air Solutions- I am so happy I did! The technician was friendly, professional, on time (huge plus) and did a through job while also keeping my beige rugs clean during the service. Now I dont smell anything when I turn on the fireplace and I have peace of mind knowing it's clean for the season! I will use them again next year at the start of the. season. Thank you!

Great service and honest about pricing

Shon was very helpful. He was able to schedule and complete our project within 24 hours of reaching out. The prior homeowner had left the chimney in a poor state. Shon was able to fix the chimney cap and do a deep clean for a fair price. I’ll definitely use him again for routine sweeping.

Shon came on time, examined specific problem and identified a related problem which I agreed to have him repair. The adjusted increased cost was reasonable.

Excellent service and very professional. NC Fresh Air Solutions was able to address the issue with my dryer- not drying as a result of a massively clogged line of debris. I would highly recommend their service to anyone that asked me.

Shon was great to work with. Was able to see me the next day. My job was a bit above-and-beyond due to my own laziness with fixing a persistent problem. He fixed it and identified another issue that he fixed with a solution that was cheaper and more effective than likely would have been fixed elsewhere. Great to work with. I've used a couple other people in the past for similar work and will be using him going forward.

Shon was great in getting our dryer vent clean which was pretty much blocked. Ultimately he climbed the roof to get the chimney clean and encountered problems but finished the job fixing it. Before he left he cleaned all debris and dust. Excellent job Shon. Thank you.

The technician was knowledgeable, on time, and very attentive to detail. He treated my house as if it was his own. At the end of the service we had a great conversation and he showed us the step by step (before and after) of the cleaning and gave us recommendations for future cleanings. We really appreciate the way he communicated with us via text and email when we were almost scam with a company that used almost the exact same name as NC Fresh Air Solutions. He gave us the price through email, and he gave us a discount for paying in cash.We really appreciate the service and will be using this company again for the annual service.
