This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a pain management doctors office. The staff members are warm and welcoming. Never felt judged or disrespected. It’s truly hard for people to understand a physical pain from people who “look normal” like me but suffers daily. To feel heard and seen and understood is a blessing when all your trying to do is have a better quality of life for yourself, I’m grateful to finally come across people who don’t just see me as a payment but as a person who needs help healing and dealing with their everyday physical conditions.

I have been receiving care at Seva Med Care, Lewisville for over three years and my observations, my interactions and the hands on care I have received has been exceptional. From the minute you are greeted, to the moment you leave, you are Interacting with people who care about you and will do everything they can to assist you. Unfortunately, I have been dealing with surgeons and pain management for almost 30 yrs, so I have seen the best to the worst in care from previous caregivers. In my opinion, Seva Med Care, Lewisville is exceptional. There will never be one procedure or a hand full of pills that will solve someone's needs. But if you are willing to work with a team of of professionals that will give you tools to address your needs, and be a partner in your care, these folks are it! I am so grateful to Dr Pham, Dr Mirchandani, Dr Raheal and their all of their assistants, for being such a great partner in my care. The absolute best staff, Nurse Practitioner, and Doctors. Friendly and personable. Advocate for you with insurance. I must say, their office is beautiful too. I appreciate the decor and the essential oil diffusers in the rooms. You feel as though you're visiting an IKEA instead of a bland doctor office.
