I have purchased sevral rugs from World of Rugs over the past, at least, fifteen years. This was the first time that I had utilized their hand rug washing service. I had them clean the rugs I purchased from them as well as several purchased overseas. All of the rugs look brand new. I had them pick up and return the rugs; it was well worth the cost. The delivery team was polite, efficient, and careful as they set all the rugs in place. Great company to do business with.

I give them a zero because of my experience! I have a 100% wool, hand tied wool rug purchased in the BX in Germany in 1981 or 82. It has been cleaned several times before with no problems. This time, so very different! I figured because they sold rugs they would know how to clean a carpet. They told me these kind of rugs are no longer made, even in China because they are so expensive to make When returned, we did not unroll it because we were doing some minor remodeling in our living room. When unrolled, I was shocked. The smooth center was no longer smooth and the 3 dimensional roses were all messed up.. the carpet before was smooth as glass to walk on in bare feet. I called and they said it was so dirty they had to wash it several times. Agreed, it was dirty but washing properly would not have caused the pulling and snags and messing up the roses. No apology, no offer of compensation, no nothing! Every time I vacuum and see the destruction, I get furious at them, thus this review. I will only stop these reviews when I get compensation for the damage.

Walked into this place assuming it was more of a discount store from the name but was blown away by the selection, quality, and service. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and you can tell they care about providing great service and really know their stuff. Wound up just picking up a beautiful rug for my living room that was on clearance, but I'll definitely be back!

I can't say enough about the amazing customer service I received at World of Rugs. After a complicated situation with a local designer left me with a less than acceptable rug in my newly renovated living room, the team at WoRs, Dana, Adam and James, did everything possible to guarantee my happiness which included repairs and eventually a new beautiful rug. World of Rugs has cleaned, repaired, and/or appraised five of my Oriental rugs over the past several years. The work is excellent and is always completed on schedule. The staff return calls promptly and they are always patient and helpful. The delivery drivers are careful and well-trained, and they take as much time as is needed to position the rug where you want it. You won't be disappointed if you shop at this business.

This store is a quality business. They have a vast selection of rugs for every taste. The staff person I spoke to was knowledgeable and helpful, but not pushy. They also have a wide range of prices starting with great choices in their clearance department. I bought a great rug at a great price. I was encouraged to see if I could fit the rug into my car to save delivery costs. The staff members were helpful in loading the rug. I highly recommend this business.

This is a fantastic business to work with for expert rug care and maintenance. If I was just starting out I would purchase area rugs from them too as their selection from a quick view is great for many price points. World of Rugs cleaned and repaired a 9x12 handmade Kirman and an 8x10 Portuguese handmade needlepoint rug for me. They have an in house expert repair person for antique Oriental and handmade rugs and that alone is a rarity. They have in house capability for the best repairs but listen to the customer, offering a range of fixes not available elsewhere. Their cleaning process is the best I've seen; the rugs had had rough treatment and they look great Their pick up and delivery service is worth every penny and reasonable for the convenience and the expert job they do when they return with your rugs. They take care of shifting furniture, are patient and take their time to place the rugs and furniture to make the customer happy. From the first phone call, through follow up, a store visit to consult on repairs and rug pad options; to delivery and rug placement, these folks are top notch and wonderful people to work with . Recommend them highly.

We had never seen so many beautiful rugs before, Our salesperson was wonderful to work with and was very helpful in answering all of our questions. We had purchased a large rug for a main dining room several years ago and it still looks like new. We are so excited in our purchase of this new rug for our first floor family room. We just know it will be a welcome new addition to our household. The only complaint !!! we have is that there are so many beautiful rugs to choose from and it makes it so difficult to pick one !!!

We bought a large wool and silk rug for our dining room, and a beautiful rug for our Owner”s bedroom at World of Rugs from Dana. Dana was knowledgeable and helpful with the process. They delivered the rug and patiently installed it for us. After that experience we contacted Adana and asked if she would come to our home to get a feel for our colors and help us buy rugs for our family room, home office, kitchen and powder room. We set an appointment and Dana and Adam came to our home, talked with us, and took photos and measurements of our rooms. They returned with a number of great matches, and two delivery installers who patiently laid out the rugs for us to view in our home, and they helped us find the right rugs to enhance the beauty and comfort of our home. We are very satisfied with the quality of their products, their value-added services, and their professionalism and patience!
