Sanders Septic recently came out to pump my septic tank, and I received the best customer service I’ve had in a long time! They were quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. I really appreciated that they let me watch while they worked and took the time to explain what they were doing and share helpful information about my septic system. We had all heck break loose yesterday evening. Yes, on a Saturday, and not just any Saturday, the Saturday right before Walton Co. schools return. My husband called Sanders and they said we'll be there in less than a half hour. When he told me that. I was like, that's faster than I could even get a pizza. Well, sure enough two guys arived here quick. ( Stan and Kyle) Unloaded equipment and went to town. They fixed our problem working even after dark. They were professional and fast. I was scared we were gonna get hammered on the bill, all things considered, but NO. The bill was definitely fair, in fact, less than we thought it would be. We would use this company again in a heart beat and recommend strongly.

Pricing was fair with no hidden or surprise charges after they came out and dug up my septic tank. The price they quoted me over the phone was exactly what I paid, which I really appreciated.The lady I spoke with on the phone told me they were already booked for the day I needed, but she went out of her way to move some things around and squeeze me in. That helped me out a lot because I had a busy weekend ahead.The whole experience was straightforward and easy. I have a 1,000-gallon septic tank, and from the time they started digging until they pumped it, covered everything back up, and smoothed the dirt back out, they were done in about an hour.Overall, everyone was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I’d definitely use them again.

Sanders Septic was wonderful. They got here within a couple of hours and were done in less than an hour & half. They kept me in the loop on what they saw and what I needed to do (or not do) to keep the tank from getting full again. Very professional, definitely would recommend if you need anything with your septic system done! 10 stars!!
