Pricing was fair with no hidden or surprise charges after they came out and dug up my septic tank. The price they quoted me over the phone was exactly what I paid, which I really appreciated.The lady I spoke with on the phone told me they were already booked for the day I needed, but she went out of her way to move some things around and squeeze me in. That helped me out a lot because I had a busy weekend ahead.The whole experience was straightforward and easy. I have a 1,000-gallon septic tank, and from the time they started digging until they pumped it, covered everything back up, and smoothed the dirt back out, they were done in about an hour.Overall, everyone was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I’d definitely use them again.

They kept me in the loop on what they saw and what I needed to do (or not do) to keep the tank from getting full again. We are a local neighborhood pool - our season opening weekend. We had an emergency on Memorial Day! Anthony came out and fixed our issues with completely acceptable pricing an hour after I spoke with them! On Memorial Day!! I’m scheduling a septic pump for my residence now!! Great service, friendly clean and professional. Absolutely wonderful!!

Shaina and Anthony are a pleasure to work with. We had one septic company come out for an inspection and pump out for my parents house septic tank we are about to close on. While there has been no issues since it was serviced in 2022, they recommend additional work totaling $5,900 and would not give a clearance letter until we spent $2,800 more for a “sagging line” to the tank from the house and a lid with a cracked corner that still covered the tank completely. Suspicious of the need to do all this work I called Sanders and they first gave us a great price to do the same work which we would have been happy doing. They squeezed us into their schedule the next day and after coming out, they determined that none of that work was needed. They provided a clearance letter and only charged $350 for opening it up and inspecting. They could have done the work and charged us but were honest about the condition and saved us $2500. I’ll recommend them to anyone I know and definitely use them when needed in the future.
